The LOViT Marathon, a race of approximately 26.2 miiles, is scheduled to begin and end at the Watchable Wildlife Pavilion just off of Highway 270 and Shangri-La Road. There is no application or entry fee.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Watchable Wildlife Trail and elevated walkway is scheduled for October 7, 2011, at 11 am. All are invited.
